"Looked fine, but the fit was uncomfortable"
The glasses looked alright when I got them, but they just didn’t fit me well. They were tight around my ears and sat kind of weird on my nose, so after wearing them for a little while they got annoying fast. I thought about contacting customer service, but I don’t really trust that it would’ve been much help. Overall, not comfortable enough for me, and I wouldn’t buy them again.

"Lens clarity just isn’t good"
I really wanted to like these, but the lenses look kind of blurry, almost cheap, honestly. After wearing them for just one day, my eyes felt tired and strained. Not a great experience.

"I thought the warranty support would be more..."
I thought the warranty support would be more helpful, but I’m still waiting for a resolution. It’s been frustrating because I expected the process to be a lot smoother, and so far I’m not happy with the experience.

"Wrong Frames and the Goalposts Kept Moving"
I ordered black frames and somehow brown ones showed up instead. That’s not what I picked at all. What made it more frustrating was trying to get it sorted out and feeling like the goalposts kept moving every time I asked what needed to happen next. I just wanted the glasses I actually ordered.

"Tracking never updated after I placed my order"
After I placed my order, the tracking just stayed stuck and never really updated. I kept checking it, thinking maybe it was just delayed or something, but nope, same status every time. When I reached out for help, I didn’t really get any useful answers either, which was frustrating. I get that shipping issues happen, but a little actual information would’ve been nice

"Bad timing, but still not worth the price"
I ordered from priverevaux.com thinking the sunglasses would feel a bit more premium for the price, but they were average once I got them. Maybe it was bad timing because I’d just seen a similar pair in person somewhere else for less, so my expectations were probably higher than usual.

The frames looked nice enough online, but in hand they didn’t feel very sturdy or special. For what I paid, I was expecting better quality, and I just don’t feel like I got good value...

"Pretty good sun protection for the price"
I picked these up mainly for driving and dealing with sun glare, and so far they’ve been working well. After about a week or so of using them, my eyes feel less tired on bright days. The UV protection seems solid for the price. Shipping was fine too, maybe around a few days longer than I expected, but nothing too bad.

"Support was... not great??"
I had a problem with my order getting help was kind of a pain... Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they finally did, the replies felt super copy-and-paste??? Like they weren’t really reading what I said. It didn’t really solve much, so I was left frustrated. Not the absolute worst experience ever... but definitely not helpful either!!

I spent a little time browsing the sunglasses on Privé Revaux, they just weren’t doing it for me. A lot of the frames looked kind of cheap in the photos, even though they’re clearly going for that trendy vibe. Maybe they look better in person, who knows, but online they didn’t really catch me.

The designs also started to blur together after a while. Like, I’d click around and think I found a different pair, but then it was basically the same shape with a tiny color change or a slightly different detail. I guess if you already like that style it’s fine, but I kept waiting for something to stand out and it just never did.
The site itself felt a little too busy for my taste too. Lots of flashy styling, and I kind of found myself getting distracted instead of actually wanting to shop. I was hoping for something cleaner and easier to browse, but overall it just wasn’t my thing.

"And the polarization didn’t really impress me"
and I bought these mainly for driving, but the glare is still bad. They feel more like regular tinted sunglasses than properly polarized lenses. For the price, I expected a lot better and ended up disappointed.

"Glasses are fine, but the delivery was awkwardly bad"
I ordered a pair of sunglasses because the site said they’d arrive in 3-5 days, so I thought I was all set. They ended up taking almost two weeks, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. I felt kind of embarrassed because I kept telling someone they’d be here in time, and then I had to keep explaining that they still hadn’t shown up. Customer service did answer me, which I appreciated, but they didn’t really give me much useful information. The sunglasses themselves were fine once they finally arrived, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific date

"Return took a little longer than expected"
The exchange went okay overall. The return process took a bit longer than I expected, so it made the whole exchange feel a little slow, but everything worked out in the end

"Checkout was Fine, just kinda Annoying"
Checking out on priverevaux.com was mostly okay, but it felt a little Clunky. My cart took a bit to load, and after I went back to change the shipping, I had to re-enter one of my details, which was annoying. The payment did go through without any real issue, and I got the confirmation email Fast. Not a terrible experience or anything, just feels like it could be Smoother.

"Prescription felt spot on"
I ordered my glasses using my usual prescription, and I’m really happy with how they turned out. The lenses feel accurate, and I didn’t get that strange adjustment headache I’ve had before with some online glasses.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that shipping took a little longer than I expected. Still, the glasses themselves are clear, comfortable, and I’m satisfied with the quality overall.

"Refund came through, just slower than I expected"
I ordered sunglasses from priverevaux.com and ended up returning them. I don’t think I was being impatient, since I gave it a reasonable amount of time, but the refund still took a few more days than I expected. I did have to check in once, and customer service was fine when I reached out. Nothing awful or anything, just a little slower than I would’ve liked.

"Okay deals, but kind of hit or miss"
I found some decent discounts here and there, but the codes only worked sometimes. There’s just something about it that feels a bit inconsistent, so I’d say it’s worth trying but don’t count on every code working.

"Loved the glasses, but the site tested my patience"
I’m happy with the glasses overall, which is the good part, but wow, the website was frustrating to deal with. I’d be excited browsing, then get annoyed because pages were loading slowly or the filters would reset every time I went back. Checkout did work in the end, so I was relieved about that, but the whole process just felt bumpier than it needed to be. It’d be a lot better if browsing was smoother and the filters actually stayed put
